Laurel Darby (Loberg) passed away on February 1st, 2021. Laurel has been active organizing BEHS mini reunions including our spectacular 50th reunion in 2016. She was the chairperson who organized the reunion committee. She was one of those responsible for establishing this website and helped get important contact information updated. She always kept BEHS in her heart and loved helping us to stay connected. Those of us lucky enough to attend the reunion in 2016, found that the connection with our classmates was still alive and well.

Dear Lcpl William Pierson, Thank you for your service as an Antitank Assaultman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Yesterday was the 46th anniversary of the last day of battle of the Vietnam War, and Armed Forces Day. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
